Too many tabs open in your head?
Speak or type everything that’s nagging you. untangle sorts it, then plans your day around your energy and what time you have free. So you know where to start.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3.
No setup, no categories to build, no system to maintain. Everything is untangled for you.
Empty your mind
Everything rattling round your head, one thing per line. Or tap the mic and just talk.
untangle sorts it
Into six buckets: Work, Home, Money, Health, People and Pursuits. Got one wrong? One tap moves it, and it learns.
Plan the day together
Around two quick questions: how much time and how’s your energy? Then your day is laid out around your calendar.
Feel like you’re living life with the handbrake on?
45 seconds on how untangle works.
Less app admin. More gets done.
Designed with ADHD brains in mind, by someone with one. But it works for anyone who feels overwhelmed by tasks; whose head is full, neurodivergent or not. It just works on its own: no system to keep up, nothing to fall behind on.
One thing that counts
Pick the one thing that would make today feel lighter. If that’s all you do, it’s a win.
Small jobs, back to back
Two-minute jobs get grouped, so you can knock them out in one go.
Big things, small steps
Sort the garage? It breaks into small steps, and you only ever see the next one.
No streaks, no trophies
Nothing to keep up and nothing to lose. Just check-ins when you want them, and the chance to let old things go.
Plans that fit your real day
It reads what’s already booked and slots the plan into the gaps.
Go hands-free
Talk it all out on a walk. You spit it out; it splits it out.
Your head is your business.
People put private things in a to-do list. untangle makes sure they stay private.
Lives on your phone
Your tasks stay on your iPhone. There’s no account to make and no email to give. Subscriptions go through Apple, so we never see your details.
Event names stay put
Plans only use the times you’re busy. Event names are read on your phone and never sent to us.
Nothing kept
Your inputs go through our server to the AI and straight back. We don’t store them.
Questions, answered.
Why only six buckets?
Because deciding where things go is the bit that stalls you. These six are broad enough: Work, Home, Money, Health, People and Pursuits. untangle does the choosing. If it picks wrong, one tap moves it, and it learns.
Can I make my own folders, tags or categories?
No, on purpose. Every setting is one more thing to keep up, and keeping up is what makes most to-do apps fall over by day three. The blank box is the whole system.
Why no streaks, points or badges?
A deliberate choice not to gamify. Miss one day and a fun streak turns into guilt. Guilt is why people quit. There’s nothing to keep up and nothing to lose. Do the one thing that counts and that’s a win.
Is untangle just for ADHD?
No. It’s designed with ADHD brains in mind, by someone who has one. But it works for anyone whose head is full: neurodivergent or not, if you’ve ever stared at a to-do list and not known where to start, it’s for you.
What happens to what I type?
Your tasks live on your phone. When untangle sorts or plans, the words go through our server to the AI and straight back. We don’t keep them, and they’re never used to train anything. Your calendar is only read on your phone: we never see event names, just the times you’re busy.
Do I need an account?
No. No email, no password, nothing to sign up for. Open it and start. If you subscribe, Apple handles it with your Apple ID, so we never see your email or card.
Is there a desktop, iPad or Android version?
iPhone only for now. Your phone is where thoughts land: on a walk, in a queue, at 2am. Android is on the list if enough people ask.
Does it replace my calendar?
No. It reads your calendar (Google, Outlook and iCloud all work if they’re on your iPhone) and plans around what’s already there. It never changes anything in it.
What does it cost?
Eight days of everything, free, with no card up front. Then £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year. Nothing renews by itself. If you’re out, your list stays readable.
When can I get it?
It’s coming to iPhone soon. Join the waitlist and you’ll hear from us the day it lands.

Eight days of everything, a tip a day, no card up front. If untangle helps you close some of those tabs in your head, it’s less than a coffee a month to keep it.
After the eight days: £3.99 a month, or £29.99 a year (that’s £2.50 a month). Not for you? No hard feelings.
